Arco is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to represent our brand in Germany, preferably covering the entire country or focusing on Region 1 (North) or Region 2 (South). This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to help shape Arco's contract positioning strategy with significant growth potential.
Profile

A well-established and relevant network within the contract market in the interior design industry, especially among architects, Design & Build firms, and contract dealers.

Ideally, the agent should have a back-office team to ensure accurate follow-up throughout all project phases.

A proactive individual who actively seeks out new project opportunities, stays informed about contract market developments, and is aware of large-scale corporate projects in the initial phase.

Preferably, the agent should represent other complementary pure contract brands that create synergy with Arco, enhancing our proposition to architects.

Strong affinity with Arco’s brand and vision, with a commitment to positioning Arco long-term as a leading professional wooden table specialist and the objects which complement tables. This includes a focus on sustainability, innovative and timeless design, customization options, high-quality materials, and expert craftsmanship, with production based in the Netherlands. This affinity should be supported by solid product knowledge.

Experience representing high-end furniture brands, with the ability to build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.

Entrepreneurial, customer-focused, and adaptable in managing day-to-day operations.

Excellent conflict management skills, particularly in resolving service issues and supporting customers, with strong communication and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities

Support architects, interior designers, and strategic partners (or contract dealers).

Present the Arco collection to architects, design studios, Design & Build firms, contract dealers, and specifiers within the contract market.

Oversee technical aspects of quotations and provide operational support for bespoke products, including on-site supervision for key projects.

Initiate, develop, and implement new sales initiatives and strategies for contract segments in collaboration with Arco’s Sales Management.

Provide Arco’s Sales Management with insights into market trends and developments.

Offer on-site support to key Arco partners and organize training sessions and events in partnership with our marketing department and Sales Manager.

Analyze sales data and collaborate with Arco’s Sales Management to develop strategies for regional markets and customer segments.

Take responsibility for quarterly revenue planning and forecasting for the region, with regular reporting to Arco’s Sales Management.

Maintain close, proactive collaboration with our internal sales team and Sales Manager.
