You can subscribe to our newsletter. In our newsletter we inform you about news regarding our services. You can subscribe to the newsletter on our website with your email address. You grant permission by clicking on a link in the email which you receive immediately when you register for the newsletter. Both Arco Meubelfabriek B.V. and involved employees of engaged service providers can access these personal data. You will receive a maximum of 4 newsletters per year. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. This can be done via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter itself. We use Mailchimp to send the newsletter and share your personal data. Contact form
If you want to contact us, you can fill in a contact form on the website. The personal data entered in the contact form are processed encrypted. When you have a fill in contact form, we need the following personal information from you:

In this way we can maintain contact with you. We share some of the personal data with our engaged service providers: Frontis (website), DLA (ICT service), Leapforce and Multisafepay, so they can carry out their work correctly and efficiently for us. We have a processing contract with the engaged service providers to ensure the level of security and confidentiality of your personal data. When a contact enquiry has been completed, the accompanying personal data will be removed from all parties within maximum 24 weeks.

We share some of the personal data with our engaged service providers: Frontis (website), DLA (ICT service), Leapforce and Multisafepay, so they can carry out their work correctly and efficiently for us. We have a processing contract with the engaged service providers to ensure the level of security and confidentiality of your personal data. When you place a order, you have three options, log in with your account, make a new account or order as a guest. When you’ve made a new account, your personal data will come in our CMS. You can delete or adapt your login at any time. When you order as a guest, only the bill will stay in our CMS. On these bills you can find first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and the order. As a company we are obliged to save these bills for 7 years.

Data from children under 16 years
Our website and / or service does not intend to collect personal data about visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission of parents or guardian.We can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of personal data about children without parental consent. We will delete this information.

View, amend or delete data
You have the right to see, correct or remove your personal data.
