Are all of the models on display in your showroom?

We do our best to provide an overview of our collection that is as complete as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot display all of the different models. If you want to see a particular piece of furniture, we recommend that you call in advance to find out if it is on display in the showroom.

Is it possible to order from you directly?

Arco is represented by sales agents and a network of carefully selected dealers who can assist you with your enquiries. This page provides a complete listing of our agents and dealers.

Can Arco furniture also be supplied in custom made sizes?

Yes. In addition to supplying our furniture in "standard" sizes, many pieces of Arco furniture can also be supplied in a customized size for an additional fee. Your Arco dealer will be happy to advise you on the possibilities. You can also click on the 'Tailoring' heading on a product page.

Can I also order an Arco table in a different colour?

The furniture in the Arco collection comes in a range of different types of solid wood and veneers that can be lacquered or stained. Your Arco dealer can advise you on the possibilities.

What is the delivery period for Arco furniture?

The average delivery period for Arco furniture is approximately 10-12 weeks.

What types of fabric or leather can I choose for my Arco chair or bench?

Arco chairs and sofas can be upholstered with many fabrics and different types of leather. We use Kvadrat, Febrik by Kvadrat and De Ploeg fabrics, among others, and as well as the standard Arco leather collection, we often use the Ohmann 1012 collection on our furniture. You may also be able to supply your own preferred fabric or leather. Your Arco dealer will be happy to explain the possibilities. Please click here for Arco's fabric and leather list. 

Where can I download product information?

Maintenance

Where can I buy the maintenance products for my Arco furniture?

You can usually buy the products required for the daily maintenance of your furniture in the supermarket. See the care instructions for your furniture for details. The products required for the periodical maintenance of your furniture can be ordered in our webshop

How do I remove a stain from my furniture?

You can review the maintenance instructions for your furniture here, and detailed information about how to remove fresh and stubborn stains can be found on the James website. 

Can I remove a small scratch from my table or cabinet myself?

The care instructions for your Arco furniture explain how to remove minor marks. This is not possible for tables with a lacquer finish. 

Can I have my table re-sanded and refinished? 

Many of our (semi-)solid wooden tables can be resanded and refinished. Your Arco dealer can provide expert advice. 

How do I replace the (felt) floor gliders on the bottom of the chair legs?

You can order new (felt) floor gliders in our webshop.

What will it cost to have my furniture reupholstered?

The cost of having your furniture reupholstered will depend on a number of factors, such as the chosen fabric or leather. Your Arco dealer can advise you and also tell you exactly how much it will cost.

How long is the guarantee on my Arco furniture?

All Arco furniture is made with exceptionally high-quality materials and produced with the greatest possible care. If, despite this, something goes wrong, we will, of course, be happy to resolve the problem professionally. Arco furniture is guaranteed for 5 years. Click here to see the guarantee conditions.

Who do I need to contact if there is something wrong my Arco furniture?
